Tim Zhang is the Chairman of the Canadian Chinese Heritage & Future Foundation (CCHFF) and the Founder & CEO of Dowill Holding. His business focuses on real estate, hospitality, and technology investments, as well as international trade related to Argentina and Latin America, including agricultural supplies, machinery, health products, cosmetics, and power equipment. Tim is committed to fostering international collaboration, cross-cultural exchange, and the future development of overseas Chinese communities and youth.

Richard Zhou
Richard Zhou is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Canadian Chinese Heritage & Future Foundation (CCHFF) and a Partner at Dowill Holding. He specializes in technology investments in North America as well as investment and trade in Latin America, bringing extensive expertise in cross-border capital operations and strategic decision-making. At CCHFF, he is dedicated to integrating business analytics into community philanthropy. By advancing Chinese heritage research and educational scholarship programs, he aims to empower the younger generation and promote the preservation and exchange of multiculturalism.

Deputy Secretary-General
Michelle Li
Michelle Li serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the Canadian Chinese Heritage and Future Foundation (CCHFF) and leads BetaMe, a Vancouver-based community dedicated to youth growth and development. Her work spans brand communications, content strategy, and cross-cultural exchange. She has contributed to China immersion programs for leading North American business schools, helping young people from abroad gain insight into China’s business landscape, society, and culture. She currently helps develop and produce CCHFF’s interview series, Home Elsewhere, and its cultural short-video initiative, A Bamboo Lens. Through her work, she seeks to foster cross-cultural understanding, share stories from the Chinese community, and support connection and growth among local youth.
