Vision

To provide advocacy and support in studying of contributions ethnic Chinese made in the founding history of Canada;

To combat discrimination against minorities and inspire multiculturism.

Purposes

(a) To advance education by conducting research on Chinese Canadian history and publically disseminating the results;

​

(b) To advance education by providing scholarships to post-secondary students to encourage academic excellence; and

​

(c) To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom, from time to time, to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada)
